TieUpDeal is an online marketplace and aggregator platform that provides users with access to:

- Finance: Comparison and application for personal loans, home loans, car loans, credit cards, and investment products from regulated financial institutions
- Travel: Booking of domestic and international flights, hotels, holiday packages, and related travel services
- Shopping: Purchase of products across electronics, fashion, home, and other categories from verified sellers
TieUpDeal acts primarily as an intermediary or facilitator. The actual provision of insurance, financial products, or travel services is carried out by our respective licensed partners. TieUpDeal is a registered corporate agent (composite) under IRDAI and a registered marketplace under applicable e-commerce regulations.
3.User Responsibilities
As a registered user of TieUpDeal, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
- Not use TieUpDeal for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Not attempt to access systems, data, or accounts beyond your authorisation
- Not upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or misleading information
- Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. TieUpDeal will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
4.Insurance Disclaimer
TieUpDeal is registered as a Corporate Agent (Composite) under the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). We facilitate the comparison and purchase of insurance products on behalf of licensed insurers.
- All insurance plans are underwritten by the respective insurance companies, not by TieUpDeal.
- Policy terms, conditions, coverage, exclusions, and premiums are determined solely by the insurer.
- TieUpDeal provides information to assist your decision; the final purchase decision is yours.
- Claims are processed directly by the insurer; TieUpDeal provides support but does not guarantee claim outcomes.
- Past performance of any insurance product does not guarantee future results.
5.Finance Disclaimer
TieUpDeal facilitates financial product applications through its partner banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. TieUpDeal is not a bank, NBFC, or financial institution and does not itself provide loans, credit, or investment products.
- Loan approval, interest rates, and terms are determined entirely by the lending institution based on your creditworthiness.
- TieUpDeal does not guarantee the availability, approval, or terms of any financial product.
- Investments in mutual funds and securities are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully.
- Information on this platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

6.Travel Disclaimer
TieUpDeal facilitates travel bookings through licensed travel technology platforms, airlines, and hotel chains. TieUpDeal is registered with the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
- Flight schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change by airlines without notice.
- Cancellation, refund, and modification policies vary by airline fare type and hotel rate plan; applicable terms are displayed at the time of booking.
- TieUpDeal is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, or service quality issues caused by third-party airlines, hotels, or service providers.
- Users are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits) required for their journey.
- International travel is subject to the laws, regulations, and entry requirements of the destination country.
7.Product Disclaimer
TieUpDeal operates an online marketplace where third-party sellers list products for sale. TieUpDeal is not the seller of record for all products listed on the platform.
- Product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are provided by the respective sellers and TieUpDeal does not independently verify all listing information.
- TieUpDeal makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of seller-provided information.
- Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.
- While TieUpDeal verifies sellers, it cannot guarantee the authenticity of every product. Users are encouraged to check product details carefully before purchase.
- Return and warranty policies vary by seller and product category; applicable policies are displayed on each product listing.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- TieUpDeal's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TieUpDeal in the 3 months preceding the claim.
- TieUpDeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- TieUpDeal is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers (insurers, lenders, airlines, hotels, sellers).
- TieUpDeal makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9.Intellectual Property
All content on TieUpDeal, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, user interface design, software, code, and databases, is the property of TieUpDeal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use TieUpDeal for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any TieUpDeal content without written permission
- Use TieUpDeal's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the TieUpDeal application
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from TieUpDeal
Any violation of these intellectual property rights may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
10.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of TieUpDeal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent.
